Giving is conducted on an invitation-only basis, and is primarily limited to:

• 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations

• Organizations with less than 30% government funding

• Organizations with less than 25% overhead costs

• Organizations providing direct service programming in the South Bronx, NY; Jersey City, NJ; and Morristown, NJ

• Research institutions with projects focused on K-12 Education Reform; Family Strengthening; or Faith Strengthening
